Hi... I believe the infamous jeep tk'rs are still around - same jeep M.O. and sounds like rats too when they chatted. Last occurence was yesterday 7;50 pm EST in Barby server[time limit]. They came on as >nOb Conductor< ,and nOb'Quarashi< Screenshots below show the actual sequence when they went after me in spawn - even knowing I was taking screenshots! Last one shows the dope bailing out of jeep.

I intentionally stayed in place to take that sequence of screenshots to get unmistakable proof. Other kinds of screenshots [single pics] of jeep tk'rs could be claimed as dubious.

It was new guys, whats strange is they have both played here in the past.

I believe we were on opposing sides but they were doing it for the end of 1 match and dialogue from other teammates at the time previously mentioned will verify the tk'rs were pretty smug about it. Hard to imagine me with deer stuck in headlights syndrome in such situations eh H8

There is one or two PB supported games which uses the player's MAC address when it computes the players GUID. Your MAC address is a number burned into the ROM on your network card.
There is ways for a player to spoof or even change their MAC address, which then changes their GUID.
This is not the case in the COD games, your GUID is computed using your cd-key.
The only way to get a new GUID is to buy a new legit copy of the game, cd-keys generators don't give valid keys so you don't get a valid GUID.

I know in the past their were people trying to write programs that would try to spoof a players GUID.
For this reason and in several other ways people were trying to bypass PB,. June 2004 PunkBuster introduced global Hardware bans. Global hardware bans uses a separate GUID bases on several pieces of hardware on the players computer, much the same as Microsoft's activation key.
If a player is detected trying to bypass PB, they are added to the global hardware ban.
The end effect is, the player is blocked from joining any server supporting PB, regardless of the game.

I dont know, I doubt these punks are buying a new copy every day, and I googled around and found one of "those" forums where getting around global hardware bans was discussed and the only time, according to the losers there, a new copy has to be bought is to get around global hardware bans, and were talking about punks locally banned from your clans servers, not even banned by PB much less globally hardware banned....it seemed like the same 2 kids to me....

i have another question....if i make a demo of someone i think is wallhacking...then watch that demo with grincam, does it "show" the wallhack if he really had one? or is it just a wallhack feature in grincam that allows one to watch a demo with a wallhack built in?
