i play on all your cod servers often and i was wondering for the uo stock server if you have in the past or considerd adding gun assault,town assault or vitebks (sp?)

Just a thought.... how popular is 'no time limit' Barby server? If that server was up for some experimental changes, could a server dedicated to the excellent custom maps like the ones UNDEAD mentioned above [especially Town Assault] be a nice/popular alternative?

I thought it is called STOCK base assault

I may be wrong but I think MOB tried running town asssault before an it wasn't very popular.

I took a run over to AHourz server earlier and saw Flipsen... him and the other map guys say they have lots of new maps coming up. The latest town assault is greatly changed from the one last year... one thing -no 88s in the yank spawn; so I'm not sure with the updated bits if it's better or worse for playing as it seems most AH regulars have vacated the server. They have a very attractive map called Slovak beta which they say they'll make bigger.


I was talking about a custom map based server if my post seemed confusing.

From what I've seen, there's a fairly good crowd on the no time limit server... just not many MOB folks who play there. I play there periodically (less now then I used to) when I'm in the mood for a long, drawn-out struggle.

I'd love to see some experimentation on that server (raising respawn times on equipment and/or players, adding a time-limit that is 60-75 min/round, setting it to best out of 3 rounds).

yes i hate that 88 (in allies) it does draw out the game.i was playing the other day and these 3 maps came up and i realized i hadnt played them in a while.i got lucky that day and was playing with players whom have been playing awhile (mostly who i see around your servers) and it was very competetive.so i thought id write in.

i think there has to be time limits but on certain maps! i was on the barby no time limit server a few times and it waaaassss longggg! it has happend with the 3 maps ive discussed so i think you need time limits.(allthough i dont like them )

I think when Barb2 comes out the notime limit server is going to be shut dowm for barb 2 map

TDM is my favorite, BA doesn't take a whole lot of skill, but its still fun.
