51 gonemad has informed me that atrox.pat who plays on our servers has been banned by CAL for hacking. He should be on the master ban list.

So what should we do about the rest of their clan?? Need to find out if it's just him or the whole clan.

I need to check into this 1st.
Late December there where 100's of people wrongly banned for #130263, because of a computer glitch at evenbalance.
Not all of the wrongly banned people were removed later that night, only about 90% of them were.
I know a few didn't make it on the list of removed bans until the newest one put out Feb 1st.

Happened to me several times in one night.....that sucked

The 1st two violations are more like whitelist kicks and not bans.
The last one dated 12-22 is the only ban-able violation

If the date was from the 12-20 and not 12-22 it may of been caused by the glitch on the evenbalance's computer.

A violation in the 13**** range is considered a possible attempt to bypass Punkbuster.
In all fairness, it should be pointed out 95+% of the people who are banned for a violation in the the 13**** range are later removed from the ban list, because they took the time to prove they were wrongly banned.
The problem is you have to spend days jumping through hoops and the support ticket process at evenbalance to prove you weren't in fact cheating.

Yea, and now atrox is found on UO and play that now as well as the 51 guys, what server they go on? LOL, jk, but this is on UO but who cares. 95% are wrong banned? How u no they didn't undownload their hacks or cheats and start playing clean but did hack at the time, u never know.

I found Pat playing on our COD2 server today. I tried to ban him, but it just kicked him. When he came back he wanted to know what it was for. I told him mob doesn't tolerate known hackers. He replied he wasn't hacking and that it wasn't even for cod2, and that everyone already knows he got kicked out of CAL for hacking. I told him that was the point. We don't want known hackers, past or present on our servers.
Anyway, after I've typed all that, I was just wondering why the rcon tool ban only kicked instead of banning?
