A player by the name of Perl was riding around uselessly in a jeep. Then I notice The Mechanic was killed by a jeep in the same area I was in.. I asked him he said that he was tk'ed but didn't see who.. {MOB}[Regs]Jack. was nearly tk'd by the same guy. SABOT witnessed this as well. After a few players complained. I warned perl, then spectated him and he continued after 2 warnings. so jack and I put the pb_power to use. I have numerous screenshots, but I will only post a few. He also smoked 88.
