You add it to the shortcut for mohaa.exe.
Depending on what version of windows you have. You can either go to the start menu and go
start>programs>ea games>medal of honor allied assault>
Then RIGHT CLICK on Medal of Honor Allied Assault then choose properties.
Add +set cl_playintro 0 to the taget line after mohaa.exe (leave a space in between)

Or go to find the shortcut with windows explorer. It's in
windows\startmenu\ea games\medal of honor allied assault

Ive tried it and for some reason it doesnt work! But its ok I just hit enter to skip....
