i told him to stop, and he just kept going and going.
i recently came across him again, when DDz Nothing and i were spawnkilling, and he started it up again.

Just goes to show you Lord ,that they dont read the server rules.
This guy is just really annoying. I told him several times to stop and he did not. He really needs a ban!

Did ya at least kick him?
I won't complain in the game about it, but I hate spawn rapists too. Before it wasn't too bad cause you could drop some smoke to save some of your teammates, but now it's pretty tough. It seems that people do it just to pad stats.... kinda lame. Lipton, I'm coming to bash ya.

You have the same chance of spawnkilling! Everybody have chance to spawn kill it's part of this server so bare with it or leave that's all!!
I bear with it and I do occassionally run through a spawn and shoot people. I just don't like the people that sit behind a spawn, like inside the one building shooting through the window... or people that sit up in the hotel and snipe across the map into the ruins. It's pretty much spawn and die till your spawn finally changes and I don't see that being much fun for either team. Hence my thoughts before, stat padding is all it is.
Hey Pez,
I do feel for you. When smoke was in the server, some MG is planted in front of the spawn spot and your dead. Or some spraying asses are running in circles of the spawning area, your dead. Or when the spawn spot is being smoked and pounded with grenades or satchels or arty your dead. All of that made this a sprayer's paradise. You might as well have made this server for no rifles. Now it just evened out the playing fields. Want to run and spray or plant down with a MG, go ahead but without the smoke.

Well, let's put it in perspective. The game lasts 35 minutes. And the odds are you'll fall victim to a spawn ownage spree of 3 or 4 deaths in a row probably just once in the game. The spree will last perhaps 30 seconds in total. Keep that in mind for the match and you probably won't sweat about it when it happens.

ps. sorry for double post.. I got an edit error from last post
It's a small map and the enemy is everywhere; you must expect the chance of being spawn owned at some point. Complaining about that is along the lines of someone vehemently bitter about an enemy killing them while typing a chat in the middle of a battle... you heard them > "You cheap @*&**, don't kill me while you see I'm typing-wahhh wahhh" [?] .
I'd rather have spawn killing legit than not legit and then massive ruining of the game every 10 seconds either by those who didn't know the gentlemans[ladies] rules, or by idiots who want to piss everyone of by breaking such rules with ease.
I know it happens and that's why I don't complain while we play. I just think it's lame that some people make spawn raping their bread and butter.

It's an effictive tactic.....gotta remember, it's encouraged on our servers.

and i'm glad, because if you take it away on cassino then it takes away 50% of my kills, and 100% of DDz Nothing's.

Put in those terms..... It's not my mashed potatoes personally but once in a while I make it my gravy.
