Yeah, I've never worked a call center before but AOL pays our guys if they can keep someone that is trying to cut service. Overall, I'm not a fan of the AOL browser or service, but we have so many other products and services out there that kick ass. I love working for AOL too.. great company to work for. We're having a beer bash at the Reston office tomorrow.

I love the Office, but working at AOL is nothing like that. It's not like working for any company I've ever worked for... everyone is very loose and relaxed. I wear cargo shorts and tshirts to work. We have free beer parties every couple of weeks. Free stuff all the time, etc. Much better than when I worked for General Electric, MITRE, or Hogan and Hartson LLD... although Discovery Channel was fun to work at but not as fun as AOL.

what aol doesnt know is that aol actually pays for pez's gameplay, new computer and special gifts for his girly. woops, was i not supposed to say that?
