the TV commercial made it look like a interesting WW2 game but its just a RTS game with different views and angles. I was hoping it was going to be something in a COD form..I played the demo. Its not bad but it was deleted after 1 hour of play and then it was time to get back to the {MoB} Tuchola forrest server for good gaming

Graphics are excellant and explosions etc. are really
great to see. BUT don't buy it if you are not a real
RTS fan....

I can second Stryker9... This game is only if you are REALLY into RTS, and REALLY into WW2. I am still new to it but it doesn't seem to have the depth that I am used to in some of the recent "Real" RTS titles.

Is there a good RTS people are playing these days?

And I hear that the "Close Combat" series is being updated
and is due for a comeback to the gaming world.....

I loved the old Close Combat series... those games were so good, after they were patched and modded that is.

Pretty cool looking graphics, but it looks a lot like the old Command and Conquer game series.
Would still consider checking it out, if it ever comes out for the Mac platform.

I am not a big fan of RTS but my son bot this game so I tried it. It is very good, really intense and demanding. You have to think like a commander or you will be destroyed.Good graphics etc but you will need a late model computer to play it. really good RTS game,playing online,you really have to think about strats,as if you don`t control certain points of the map,then you will lose.

I have to retract my previous post about CoH. THQ has done a fine job building in some interesting and fun tactics and strategy into the gameplay. Graphics are outstanding... I wouldn't put in the "must have" category, but there is enough to enjoy that both a RTS fan or a WW2 genre fan need this game!

do you need any special ram or video card for this game, i was going to by it, i have 256 video card but im only running on 512 ram

256 vid, 768mb ram works aite. 512... don't know Sam! Recommended is a gig.

If you liked or loved C&C then you'll like or love COH.

I'm running it on a Pent 2.0Ghz, 1G Ram and 512MB video card and it runs without a hickup on single player.

Downloaded and installed this yesterday and I love it. I'm not very good though, I keep getting beat. I need to figure a better way to deal with tanks, etc.

Actually, I bought the game and it is a good game. Graphics are great and of course you need to manage resources well and get them out to the fight.

do it to the Airbourne Troops and Rangers...its so funny

I snagged a +12 trainer and it's really been helping me out in skirmishes and helping me learn better tactics, etc.
