Why is it that good players play as krauts only when there is no place on russian team? Today I had couple of horrendous maches, with these people I saw for the first time, that didin't know that you have to dfefuse the bombs... and 6pak gijoe, and somebody else was on russian side... it is really terrible... and they didin';t even give a chanse, unscrupilous.... jsut blew the bunkers 1 after another, you the knew that there were maybe 2 ppl on the G team(me & slazbot) that knew what shoulld be done... and it that wasen't bed enough, the newbiess took all the tanks from the spawn, and took 'em God knows where, so when the commies rolled on us, there wasen't a grman tank in sight... terrible... just trying to encourage good palyers, to even the teams out... maybe not so much in number, but quality... even i with my horrible computer would be able to stop 3 noobies trying to storm a bunker, but 2 of me could not stop a single regural player... please consider which team you choose, its not so much about winning as it is about fair and fun game ... if defeating the enemy is hard and frustrating, it gives u more feeling of a winner if u won a hard fought battle, rather than when u beat the enemy in 8 minutes....

i get what he is saying. he didnt have to say noobs but yes we do seem to pack russians but it was the same b4 we found pak shots the germans were over loaded.

Assault trooper, please stop your whining. It isn't enought that you do it thoughtout ever game you play in...I can't believe that you don't get kicked more often. You should know for a fact that GI Joe and I were on practicing alone on the server, then you came on. We told you what we were doing...but you wanted a war. Don't tell me GIJoe and I were team stacking and by the way, the other people that were on have played with me before. Your team out numbered ours.

wow take it easy on the fella guys, he's got a great point. Germ's were filled with noobs, and you guys rolled us and its not fun at all. when any MOB member connected they immediately went Russian without hesitation. its just kindof annoying to keep getting rolled over and over on germans.



i withstood 3 or 4 rounds of it today and now i don't even want to hop on barb for awhile already.



if it wasn't for Ouch and Bargod comin on the germs were hopeless to the extreme.

I found it just the opposite when I played last on Friday. I hopped on and there was only Russian spots left as the teams were outnumberd with Germans like 12 and Russians like 8. And, most of the talent was on German. I even pointed it out to Canuck that the Germans do kill Russians easily when there is talent there. I was so surprised to even see Rommel on German. I had to laugh when I seen GIJOE switch from Russian to German in the second round. I dont blame him, I hate getting whomped also.

I'm not sure what happened but what I do know is that the code of conduct states the following.....

Try to keep the teams balanced.

Having said that I have a hard time swallowing that T/A was team stacking. It is certainly possible that they were on the server working on tactics together. If others joined the server they should have tried to balance out the teams.

don't get me wrong, i'm not going like polska accusing the players at the start of the round of team-stacking but when more and more great players hop on and automatically join russian when the germans are obviously in need of a little assistance it just gets more annoying.

When this all happened it was at the beginning Lip, you were not around!! There was no one on the server and we were just practicing our shots. Assault joined and we told him what we were doing...wasn't a big deal. Then he started whining when 2 other people joined. When this whole whining thing about team stacking started GI Joe and I were the only regs on. Two Regs on the same team has never been considered team stacking as far as I am concerned. Bar was the next to join and it was just after you.

The first game the russians were losing when Assault Trooper started his first of continuous binds. So we played.

Somedays we have good days...somedays are bad.

By the way, every night the teams change...you can look at some of the players such as bertie and others who were German who are outstanding players. And they were playing German!

What happens is people on vent try and join the same team. It isn't team stacking as much as just wanting to play together as a team. Otherwise, we might as well shut our vent off.

I mentioned this before indirectly by pointing out the "imbalance" b/w Russian and German. Last week, I autoassigned every time, and almost always got German. By the end of the week I was getting pretty good at it and got some decent win streaks. Me and A-Trooper won a great game on Sunday against some stiff competition. Remember A-Trooper?

People might as well face the fact that people on Vent typically want to stick together. However, us MOB regs that dominate Barb should try to, say, switch sides after every round. I'd be happy with that. I prefer the German challange. It would also in effect split the "MOB" Reg teams up more, because since TBN, Rommell and Kleerence almost always go Russian and aren't usually on Vent, and Nothing always goes Russian, it won't look like team stacking as often if the rest play German more.



That said, playing on a crap team is frustrating as hell, but that's the way it goes sometimes. I just set the bar lower when I realize we are getting overwhlemed. I switch to defence, and consider it a victory if I manage to help us hold on to the last base.

Pooper, I understand your frustration to a point (no one likes to get their ass whooped)... however this topic has been discussed at length before! Suck it up, and get 'em next time!

I try to auto assign whenever possible, and I'd expect everyone else to do the same. More often than not the teams are balanced - but it's hard to always find the right distribution of noobs/vets.

Keep in mind also that most MOB members are using Ventrillo, and would thus like to be on the same team so they can speak to eachother.

I team stack every chance I get and then some! If I see you on there, I jump out of barb and go get more peeps to stack the teams with, and I invite every novice player I can find and tell them it is TDM and to join you on the "Gray side of the fence"! You will not win! It is a conspiracy! Muahhaaahaaaahaaaa!

i usually go russian basically because i love going against the germans and i hate every german weapon (take away the kar) and i absolutely adore my mosin-nagant.



the biggest reason, though. is i hate being killed with the PPSh. haha.



anyway, everybody here has a valid point. but i guess its true that you can't really do anything about it, the game sometimes is going to be unfair whether it be towards your favor or not.

Seems like after I got on everything seemed pretty fair. Except for the idiot on the German team that kept damaging all the German tanks in the tank spawn and team killing (only caught him at the end of the round and he left before I could do anything).

I was pretty depressed losing in every round I played on barb today, though. Although, to be fair, me and Ouch were in and out while playing because of our kids, and we had that idiot wounding our tanks in our spawn, but still, I expect more from me. I may have to make it a point to play Barb more often and get back into Barbgod form. Hell, I didn't even break 100 points a single round. That's just unacceptable.

I'm often banished to the Germ team when I auto-assign (90% of the time) and see myself stuck with unseasoned players who often like to defend destroyed bases. I'm just happy to pick off the pesky Commies coming in via jeep, turnip truck and tank and build up my score with "defended" kills and defusings.

Things have been pretty even in the past week or two, it seems to me. Good balance at night (after 8:30 PM EST or so). One game Monday (?) night ended up with Germs winning round 1 and Commies winning round 2. Both well-fought. Same thing last night (Tue.).

My advice to Assault Trooper is to just leave and come back later...better for the blood pressure than sitting around getting hot under the collar as your team takes it in the pooper.

U told me u were practising and i was like, ok and me and wes were just meeting in the middle of the map and old west style dueling with pistols, then more people came and they started to roll in tanks and blow up bases, what u wanted me to do? And I was using only as an example, not to offend u or anything...

Bargod it's nice to see that you are one of few MOB that play Barbarossa. I enjoy playing with/against you.
