It looks like the COD2 MOB team is on a roll. We started out very cautious and S2K nudged just ahead of us by one point in the first quarter. Krazed had troubles with his computer so Old Man Mike came in near the end to play. We decided to become a bit more aggressive in the second quarter where Rush led us to a 7 point advantage by the end of Carentan. Trainstation also started out as a sniper camping game and the third quarter ended up as a tie. In the last quarter we started to push again. With Harry and Blk96 rifle kills, we had our best quarter score. Final Score was 200 to 182.
Sorry to say that Old Man Mike was the only one with negative scores in all four quarters. I'm more a run and gun guy and the S2K team just did not want to do that. Harry made me feel a little better by saying that my running around prompted the S2K guys to shoot which allowed he and Blk96 to do some quick rifle kills. Just call me the stalking horse.
Next week we are trying for the #2 position with a challenge of the LVCLAN. I hope we have enough of the better players that I don't have to play!
