After paying off the killed rapists family, the death sentence was commuted. She will have a retrial that starts tomorrow.

Kept giving me "non valid email address" errors on several different valid email accounts. Oh well. Sounds like the ACLU is defending the knifed rapists. Situations like this happen often in the states, not exactly the same scenario, and the ACLU defends the wrong person. I hope she makes out okay.

What are you talking about? What does the ACLU have to do with this story?

The ACLU always defends the wrong side... so I was trying to be a humorist and say they must be defending the rapists.

They defend:

KKK and Aryan movements
Neo-nazis
Illegal immigrants
Child molestors
Rapists

Remember, they're suppossed to look out for the little guy... and Americans. Instead of helping molested children, they represent the molestors in court and get them out of jail in 2 months instead of 20 years. Messed up organization. Here's some news on them today... crazy crazy.

Actually the execution was stayed as opposed to commuted. Today we find out if it will get carried out, once again I'm sorry about bringing this heartbreaker of a story here especially if things don't go well in the retrial, but that's an event I tried in my small way to help out on- a 2 minute petition email could make a difference.

What a sad day it is when a female get's the death penalty for trying to defend herself and her niece from a sexual assault. Woman have no rights in their Country. They are seen as property, valueless and inferior. Hopefully they realize how uncivilized they are!!

Those morons are die-hard unprogressive minions of the past. If they controlled the planet there'd be no such thing as technological advancements or pursuit of independant thoughts/discoveries- and we'd be all stuck on Earth when the Sun dies out. I'm sure they don't care about being called uncivilized in my opinion- those thick headed dummies love the power they exert in their society with their brand of simplistic demeaning policies/perversion of justice.
