I had a bunch of fun creating the mods to put together "{MOB} Fly Planes, Modern Weapons" and the darned thing is full or nearly full every night, but it's time for me to let it go, unless someone wants to take over the monthly payments before January 31st.



It only costs $28/month, so if one of you wants it, all we have to do is transfer the billing over to your name.



Otherwise, "{MOB} Fly Planes, Modern Weapons" will be just a vapor trail come Feb 1st. And that's perfectly okay too, just wanted to offer it out there in case anyone wanted it.

thats too bad I really liked that server.

It was fun but the crowd seems mostly interested in flying the planes and actually playing is second. Big thanks to you Steel for the fun while it lasted. Cheers.

No need to let it die. We are running well below capacity on the MOB server box so I believe it would be no problem moving the FPMW over as another server.

I don't understand this. Of course the server has modern weapons, ergo the name Fly Planes, Modern Weapons. Secondly, I made the server as fully map- and gametype- votable by the players, for instance, anyone playing can put up a vote that the next map be TDM and Carentan.



Hey Mike - thanks for saying it's okay that I move it into our server box. I'll get on that as soon as work gets quiet, should be in a couple of weeks.
