Start, control panel, add/remove programs, Firefox, click REMOVE, reboot your machine.......
LOL!
Or, you could try the firefox forums...they have alot of good info in there. That's usually where I have to go when some crazy thing like this pops up.
ok, so i just downloaded the explore7 cause i just pissed off now. well, i got pictures to come back up but now, video's won't play, for example. at ebaumsworld, when i click on the video, everthing comes up but the video, its just a white screen, but atleast the stupid quickplay thing is gone, now what do i do. i thought about putting my foot through the moniter but i don't think i can get my leg that high. Can't even get my porn, now what am i going to do and don't tell me to spend time with my wife, did that, have 2 kids, got the t-shirt.

BTW, which windows media player are you using? 9, 10, 11?
If you are using 10 or 11 you can try this.
Open media player, then go to options, click on performance, then click on advanced, then under video acceleration, uncheck "use video mixing renderer". Then close everything and reboot. Then go to a site and run some video to see if it will work.
If not, then go back and recheck "use video mixing renderer" and also check "use high quality mode". Again, restart and then go see if you can run some video.
if these options don't work, re-set the "video mixing renderer" settings back to the way you found them and we will continue to look.
Also, open internet explorer and click on the drop down box under "Tools" then select "internet options" then click on "advanced" then scroll down until you see "Multimedia". Make sure the following boxes are checked; "play animations in web pages" and "play sounds in web pages". If they are, then that's good.
right before i read your post sabot, i just installed a plugin, flash adobe thingy, and now i can see video's, i guess if that works, im just not going to touch anything, thanks for you help. also, everything looks alot clearer, the letter and pictures look really clear, ill screw it up somehow and then ill be asking for help again.

Cool! Glad that worked!!
mozilla always gives me problems, but it seems so much faster than IE to me.
