Finally got a no dust mod which works with the All Rifles mod.

It should improve FPS by 30 points or so for some players. Let me know if you find any problems with it.

By the way, this server popularity has improved by a factor of over 4X in the last month. I think we are now in the top 10 COD2 Rifle only servers. The primary reason this server is doing so well is that so many of the MOB family is playing it which is then attracting other players. Thanks!
