Here's a few that I've played that are really good, although being a Tolkien fan I'm biased...lol The 3 that I've played are Minas Tireith, Helm's Deep, and Isengarrd. There all really good maps and are big enough and well layed out that would make an intresting modern wepons server maps. Just a thought for the powers that be

ironicly, i was going to ask the very same thing raptor , the only thing i fear is the size of the maps.

I've ran all three of those maps in the past. Everyone wants them, but they also generate tons of complaints. Since they are so heavily textured, when you get near the 30-player mark, they will lag the server. Also, they will conflict with other maps, so they are picky about what other maps the server can have on it at the time, as well as what other maps are in a player's /uo directory that each player will have to remove.

But, I'm willing to put them on, no problem. MWCM is getting deader by the day since it was moved. And I know for sure these maps won't be laggy with just 6 to 8 players, lol.

Do you want them on beginning this coming Monday morning? Or do you want to wait to see if the server begins to get more players? These maps are really huge for just a few players.

Hi Steel, Yeah, I've noticed about the lagging on those, but they like 45 or so people in them too...lol. I do think we should wait a bit and see if the server takes off. If it does could we limit to say 30 people for them to keep the lag down? I know it get's pretty bad on the Lost map too.
