First off I would like to commend Steel for all the new maps the server really needed them.My only beef is the spawn protection and voting on the maps.The spawn protection being off is what gave the server that different frantic feel,I don't think I am alone on this.With the voting on the maps,people just don't get it and usually the first map wins the vote.So as a suggestion I would like to see the maps run there course.In closing I would like to say thank you to Steel for the effort she has put towards the server.

Sgt. Slug, I feel your pain. And I'm glad you appreciate all that Steel has done for MWCM. However, recently there was a loudmouth who went on a tear about how it was BS that Steel didn't have spawn protection or voting. It was a very viscious post. It had Steel ready to leave. I wish I'd caught it sooner as I would have told the SOB off instead of letting it get as far as it did.
Anyway, Steel is always open to new ideas, even when suggested by an SOB who insults his way in.
So, I agree with you, spawn protection sucks, and is anti-MOB (but MWCM has always been held on a different level than the rest of mob servers) and the voting is absolutely crap-tacular.
I love Steel for all her hard work and for everything she does, not only for MOB, but for the players on MWCM, which will really always be her server. But I have to say that this latest change isn't so fun.
I could be brought to accept a spawn protection, but the voting is just bad. And I don't want that to be a relfection on Steel. It's what was "asked for".
And it's bad.
Steel has always kept a great rotation going. I don't need a bunch of noobs choosing my next map. Steel knows the best order the maps should go in, and changes them often enough to keep it fun.

So please, Steel. I know you have been asked a lot of lately. Maybe you can forward all posts directed towards you to me first, so I can yell at the people with bad ideas, lol ! But please take a firm hold over your MWCM again and make it the best damn server there is!

hey steel one of the guys said the map voting caused the server to crash, idk if its true or not just one of those things i heard, i like the maps they roxzors
