On July 22nd, i was warned for using the word ( Penis ). Before having the ability to make a public appology, recieved a five minuite ban for ( Inappropriate Language ).
Dare i Ask how the word ( Penis ) is a kick / bannable offence as you have a member by the name ( Big Dick Daddy ) ???

Upon my return to the server after my 5 minuite punishment was up, I immediatly apollogized with the statment of "Im back, after washing my mouth out with soap" ... or somthing to that effect. I was Warned to "Shut Up And Play" several times...
Not Sure if this is a Banable offence either, as the in-game Type Feature is enabled on your severver which allows All members to Type while Playing. After Much searching through your Rules..i cant seem to find an area where i breached a rule violation...

Would someone be so kinda as to pull up the text logs, and point me in the correct direction of where Ive violated a rule of { MOB } ???

Would my ban have been the result for killing 3 enemies in a 7 second period and making the statment of how my "AimBot was too Accurate" ???
If this is the case, and you feel the statment was made in a serious manor, your more then welcome to check my guid for any global bans. You will notice also, that not only will my record return Clean, but that my name is associated with 8 diffrent anti cheat scripts in several games.
Obviously the comment was made as sarcasim.

I have reviewed the logs. You were carrying on about your "penis being only 2 inches long" etc when one of our females on the server asked you "don't talk like that please ..... females here".

You continued to be a smart ass after that and was kicked for 5 mins.

Seemed appropriate enough to me.

I was playing at the same time you were, and I can see your point about "penis" vs. "Big Dick daddy";

If there is someone with that name, and it offends someone, they should be asked to change their name.



I have to say though, that you were pretty much -to the untrained eye, and to anyone who came on during the middle of the whole melee- being a jerk about it. I dont know you personally, so I dont know if it was just that you were mad over what happened, but you were extremely argumenative and combative about it after all was said and done, and upset more people than you realize. Arguing that your "freedom of speech" was being violated? well, like I said to you yesterday during the game, this is a game server, not a democracy.



Personally, at 42, I'm a big boy and have heard -and used- alot worse language than that in my day, but this server (so long as I've been playing on it) has requested that people refrain from 'colorful language' out of respect for underaged players and those who are offended by such things. It's a good law, and we should all follow it. if you dont like it, well there are 2,000+ other U.O servers out there to choose from.

Because ESRB is lame^max and their ratings should only be used as guidelines, not rules set in stone.

If I'm not mistaken Big D no longer plays here and if he does he's not using that name. There has been a shift here in what is acceptable and what is not due to the growth of the clan and the variety of ages etc. that we now have. I don't think the 5 min time out is going to leave scars for life. So deal. Go play. Have fun.

Another "hey you jerks kicked me from YOUR server for doing something I felt was OK, but clearly was not to you so YOU BETTER LET ME BACK IN because you have no clear rules, and blah blah blah, and 5 minutes is too long to wait and me me me me me me me me me ...." post.

Tell you what dude, if you came in apologizing, Maybe there would be softer hearts. But coming in attacking and bringing up dead gaming names will only hurt your cause. So,,,, maybe you want to switch tactics next time...

And again, if your concern is to protect the 'Underagers' then why refferance your Website which displays such Language from your Game Servers? Just an Observation, but wouldnt that be 'Dual Standerds' ???

Now, Obviously, i was being a smart ass on the Game server, as PRIOR to ANY of Your Members, there where SEVERAL Players online ALL that Night and thats exactly what we was doing...( Being Smart Asses) and enjoying the Conversations...Kids or Not... There wasnt much of a problem until a {MoB} Member ( Dont Remember their Name ) asked me "What My Problem Was" to which i replied with " My Penis is only 2 Inches"....
If thats Not Sarcasim..i dont know what is...At No Time was it meant to Offend Anyone, and Only When GI-Jane Mentioned it did it become a Problem to HER...And Again, if She Finds Offense to It, why would her Offense be singled out to Visitors on Game Servers...and Not On the Website...

Had i Had the Chance as i siad in my original post, i WOULD have Appologized in Game...
As for "Jerks" at Not time in my Post or on the Game server did i call anyone any kind of name!
So Please lets not attempt to put words in my mouth as my post was nothing remotly comparable to such!

Big Dick Daddy is a former {MOB} member, as is Fag Killa. FK was one of the founders of MOB and would not recognize the clan for what it is today. The clan has changed in many ways and a name like Fag Killa would not be acceptable on our servers today. I believe he probably feels the same way as he only goes by FK now, as in the FK mod and FK servers.
It seems clear to me that the problem wasn't you saying Penis but that you were being offensive in general and was asked to stop, but you did not.

It was me who gave you the 5 min. kick.

First off, prior to this you continued to shoot at team mates, at that time they gave you a warning. (Found this out later)!!! Then you used your "family" language at which time I gave you a written warning. You then had to start a conversation about your size. (My warning ignored) You got a 5 min kick, pretty tolerant... alot of other servers would have given you a harsher punishment.

I have no idea about the ban, but I can only imagine why? How old are you anyways? You are lucky you got a warning the first time... it was a courtesy of course. But The MOB servers are a public game server because that's our choice. We enjoy having respectable players game with us and that's what we are known for. We have females and males, grandparents, middle aged and some younsters game here. Some of the youngsters are the children of MOB and Regs members.

The MOB servers are paid for by MOB, Regs and a few others that enjoy gaming on our servers! At the end of the day, you can either play respectable and stay on our servers or find some foul mouth chat server to game on. When we give someone a warning, they usually appologize and we all move on like nothings happened, but you just wanted to stir the pot.

Our forums are for MOB and Regs. We choose to leave a public area to discuss game play with other respectable gamers or give a hand to anyone having problems. We also have the option to ban people from them as well!!

Just to add and clarify my point-> I gave you the kick for 5 min and was not there when you were banned. But in my personal opinion, you should check the server rules for "spamming". You obviously didn't listen again after being warned again.

I think this guy just likes to stir the pot and cause trouble. I played with him last week and remember asking not to shoot a certain base and was hit back with nothing but complaints and stupid remarks. Just seems like one of those trouble players.

You should have shown the restraint of a 7 year old and not utilized your game/god given right to type comments during the game. But, instead you kept it up. As they say, you live and learn. Oh, and by the way, people who cannot follow the rules of the forums, have been asked not to come back here either.

You have been asked to stop spamming on the server from different players ,then mob members have told you to stop spamming and play because you disrupt the server instead to stop spamming you come back with more replays trying to become a bigger smart ass then you are and start questioning mob players the same as you do in here with your post

Heres the thing; all that you need to know that was wrong with what you initially said? Is included in this sentence of yours. When Jane told you it was a problem, apologies should have been issued immediately. Maybe it's the southern in me, but I dont give a toss what your attitude is, you dont talk like that around women. I cant speak for anyone else in the clan, but I think it's a fair assumption that everyone will agree; if it aint something you'd want your Momma or Grandmother to hear? Dont say it at all!

I Used the Word Penis One time in your server, and was kicked for 5 mins, that i get....but what i dont understand is the Ban for Typing in Game, or so you call "Spamming"...
I could get very technical about the word "Spam" as Webster seems to define it...but ill skip that part

I will agree with most of you, we all have "Options" as you guys have several Options: To Ban me from your game server, to Threaten that you will ban from the website..im sure the list goes on.
Now, so far, ive been called Names, and Threatend...i feel no need to Name Call, or Threatend..
What i WILL do as you guys like to point me in the Direction of "Options" thats what ill do, Ill use my "Options"!!!

Since Ive Been accused of:
Bringing Up your Past to gain leverage,
Stiring up "Crap",

We Can All Play a Game, and since i Do really believe in Threats, ( Talk is Cheap ) You guys can look forward to running into me again in the very Near Future!
