What do you guys think of this, changing the name of "Modern Weapons Custom Maps" to "{MOB} Modern Weapons TDM!" ?

My reasoning is that it would bring the server more into the {MOB} family of servers, instead of looking like it's not affiliated with {MOB} in the game browser. (Of course, since it's IP ends in 28961 instead of 28960, it doesn't often show up in the game browsers, LOL! This is a flaw in the activision/infinity ward's game browser netcode, from what I've read.)

I think it's been long enough of a transition time that it shouldn't throw too many people off. I think we should put up an in game announcement that it will be changing names for a few days, though.

Okay, I put in two running announcements in the server that it's going to change to {MOB} Modern Weapons TDM!! on Monday. I also changed the motd to say that as well.

Definately a correct move! I think it's important to brand our {MOB} name and servers . Actuallly I never understood why this server never had the {MOB} tag in it.....

Good idea. I think it's overdue. However, I suggest letting the announcement run for at least a week. This will let the occasional visitors know about it. I see no reason to rush it so fast and possibly create some confusion.

Name change effective this morning, to

{MOB} Modern Weapons TDM!!

The past 4 days, I've been going in the server and reminding everyone of the name change. As I suspected, they were not paying any attention to the two running messages and motd about the name change, lol. Looks like it's not a problem, players are finding the server just fine, we've been fragging it up in there since early morn.

Also changed all the stats programming and webpage to reflect the change (and found & fixed a problem in the mwba stats, sorry, just didn't notice it before).

Sure looks better to see MWCM with the {MOB} tag and colors.
