I put in a change on {MOB} Modern Weapons BAS this morning, to stop players from always playing only one side.

At the end of each round, all players are now automatically switched to the other side. For instance, if you play German one round, the next round you will be auto-switched to Russian, and vice versa.

So, I propose that if anyone is caught switching back to always be German, or always be Russian, they can/should be asked to go back, then kicked if they do not comply. Anyone repeating this behavior is subject to additional kicks or a ban, with or without warning. We will also take action on players found to be violating the switching via the player stats. Fair enough?

We should extend a grace period for kick/ban until everyone has had the time to readjust to the new feature (10 minutes starting now? j/k) - seriously, let give it a week or so and just issue warnings and instruct people that if they go back they face a kick/ban very soon.

I think that is a great idea that will hopefully solve a lot of problems. I agree with Snot Rocket and Mess, we have to show some patience and show compliance to help enforce the server rules.
I think a bind that says something like "force switching is not allowed" will help enforce the server rule.
