i have been playing on these servers for a couple of months now. I just installed WinXP Pro and i dont know if it is just coincidence or what, but i cant seem to connect to either one of them. i can concect to all other servers and i KNOW i have all the map packs. any suggestions?????

My only guess would be, WinXP has a built in firewall that could be blocking your connection.

i have xp pro and i have np problems, dig around you'll find your prob.

hey guys,i have xp pro also i can connect to server #1 but not sev#2,I tried turnning off the firewall and still could not connect to ser#2 .xp picked up my soho=network card so ive been using that driver,i will try using the driver that came with the card and update it ill post back and let u know what happens....ltr

If you can connect to #1 but not #2. More than likely you don't have the new maps installed. Server #2 is only running 2 old maps, the rest are new.
The only other reason would be your ping.
Server #2 is set for pings under 150
Server #1 is set for pings under 200.

Try and get on server #2 when its running one of the old maps, If you can get on with and old map. Then your problem is you don't have the new maps installed.
Goto the downloads section of this site and grab map pack 4.
If you cant get on while its running an old map, your problem is your ping.
