You know, Canada has a big presence in Afganistan, and on the actual news a long time ago the showed the exact same problem. Well, not 20 guys none of which can do a jumping jack, but the fact is the recruits are basically the worst of the worst! The decent guys are already aligned with one militia or other. The nimrods who couldn't get in with them then try and join the governement.

So when we leave, well....
