So what are the single player missions like? Any good?

Assuming it has them.

I've been playing the single player game as well as online. Thus far, they are very good! I am really impressed with the layout of the game, the maps, and the different roles that you are placed in.

The other day, I was a grenadier in a helicopter AND a cannon operator on a gunship, blowing baddies up while our ground troops were heading to an LZ. flamethrowingsmiley.gif

Cross of Iron
If you finish the single player mode ,you get an extra mission as SAS storm a plane in mid flight to rescue hostages...also you get Arcade mode where you are timed on the missions and given a final score ...if you finish arcade mode in ALL the missions then you get cheats unlocked for single player............

The final mission and the "1982" and C130 mission I liked the most.

Midnight Rambler
LOL I just fired up the single player after a week and played for 15 minutes. It looks great and I can run in a much higher graphics mode in single player.
Crazy Canuck
from what i've read single player makes up quality over quantity. clearable in 5 hours.

Kleerance
Just tried the first couple of single player levels. It's the most realistic FPS game I have ever played. It's like you actually are there.... ohmy.gif

The single player is awesome, possibly the best single player fps game I have played. Just watch out for the wild Dogs...The graphics are the best I have seen, with an Intel core2 @ 3.6ghz and a 8800gtx I get about 65 to 75 fps with everything set to max and a resolution of 1920x1200 resolution. This should give everyone an idea of what kind of machine is needed to run the game at high resolution and max settings.
Shred and Burn
Man, I just tried the single player.

I had to quit, I got seasick on that ship.
