Hey Steel,

The only server I play is your Base Assault server. I love all of the mod's but I am not really liking the 3 maps. Could you please add 2-3 more maps to the lineup.

Steel has just resigned, don´t know if anyone is doing this job anymore. Seems that UO is forgotten and everyone care only about COD4.

I dont think its that noone cares about UO Blinky, I think its just that if you are going to play a mod weapons board, might as well play a good one with realistic weapons. I long ago grew tired of bolting out of spawn on UO, only to be mowed down almost everytime in a crossfire of automatic dragunovs.It's no fun to just get mowed down continuously, and its no fun to play when noone is cooperating.

Seriously; when was the last time you played UO when everyone worked together as a team to defeat your opponents? Probably before COD4 came out, when most of the players on our servers were MOB. These guys that play now, they dont care about teamwork, they dont watch anyones back, and it sucks. If we were to revert it all back to traditional WWII weapons, I'd play. But I joined MOB to play with a group of people I like, and with everyone else being on COD4, thats where I went.

I hope I didnt come off like a jerk, because thats not what I wanted to do, but seriously, it was getting to the point where UO wasnt fun anymore.

So why don't you reassign someone for the mod work?

I still play COD:UO but not on the MOB servers, no one there !!
The CUF servers still play like teams to reach goals. Modern weapons
on MOB servers (BA) are full of snipers with that Duv thing and I don't
see much going on to reach objectives. COD4 is just COD2 with modern
weapons. I still look for something NEW that will require some team
activity to get the job done....

The answer was "Barb Friday nights". If you have a Friday night free, there's no excuse not to be there is you like classic Base Assault played by experienced players.

I was on the uo base assualt server last night. There were 30 people on it. Evrytime I look at the servers on the main MOB page there are people playing the uo base server. The only problem I had was remembering which key to press for a nade.

Must be something wrong here, I NEVER see more than 3-4 people
on any of the MOB COD:UO BA (WW2 stock) servers most anytime
I check. Friday nights are probably the only time I don't get on cause
of other commitments. The modern weapons servers are usually good
to go but lack good maps on BA. I don't play rifles cause my favorite
CTF games, I enjoy the lay-down machine gun for defense. The Forest
map I ALWAYS get lost so I don't do it much either. Stock maps is NEVER being played. CUF games are almost always nearly full and
they play like pros....
