I liked the ADVICE part of his conversation - you can really apply that serious/funny phrase to most of what you do in everyday life 'stuff'.

Interesting but it doesn't compare to this one from my man Gene Simmons

ohmy.gif hmmmm.... I didn't find his 'outlook' too deep to be honest with you. But I suppose that's just him being him.

In particular his broad statement about 'anyone who picks up a guitar'.... I know a few musicians with guitars and they have a passion for developing their talent rather than doing it solely for other chicks/big $$$ reasons- I'm sure they love the popularity, but even when the glitz is over- they continue their art as passionately as ever. Being another type of artist myself I let people know if they ask that there's few artists that get to the top to attain that glamour/rock star status the rest are trully struggling and most have no time to think about glamour as they strive to make ends meet. So in that way I'm not too fond of how he gives the wrong impression that all artists don't have an inner message they want to convey.

I'll take my ex-surgeon man as more inspiring myself - more about bringing people together than bulldozing through the weakest......
I'm pretty sure there are many adults who would jump under a bus for kids they don't even know.
