This one isn't getting much buzz comapred to the next one but it has several good fights.

Rich Franklin vs. Wanderlei Silva
I'm going with Franklin, I wonder if the UFC is going to keep this new 195lb division.

Cheick Kongo vs. Cain Velasquez
I hope Kongo losses, he deserves it after admitting he intentionally knee the groin in his last fight because he was frustrated

Mike Swick vs. Ben Saunders
Good match-up

Marcus Davis vs. Dan Hardy
A lot of trash talk by Hardy so these guys hate each other, I give it to Davis.

Another good fight, maybe the start of a comeback for Cro Cop.


Weak undercard, no one really catches my eye on it.

I like both vandy and franklin so i was torn on this one. I think I was pulling more for Franklin though. I want to see the fight I heard it was a good one. Still can't wait for UFC 100. I was watching the fight with Kongo where he kneed the guy in the nads on purpose. The other guy caught him by accident and you could tell he got pissed and did it intentionally. Glad he lost tonight.

i usually watch the fights at mma-core.com .was impressed with the fights this time around.

I waited until everyone had a decent chance to see it. Unlike Dead, I wasn't impressed at all.

Rich Franklin vs. Wanderlei Silva
I liked both of these guys so it was hard to pick a winner. Overall all it was a disappointing fight.
Wanderlei fought like half the man he use to. It was reported he had problems cutting weight so maybe that explains his poor showing.

Cheick Kongo vs. Cain Velasquez
While I engoyed seeing Kongo getting beat up for 12 minutes of a 15 minute fight, it showed a huge hole in Velasquez's game that he couldn't finish the fight.

Mike Swick vs. Ben Saunders
Good fight.

Marcus Davis vs. Dan Hardy
Very dissapointed that Davis lost the fight. Even worse is I think the decision was bad.
Davis was more active throughout the fight, he had more takedowns, better striking, better overall.
Both times Hardy took him down they got stood back up because Hardy couldn't or wouldn't try to improve his position. I've got no problem with fights going to the ground but the laying an praying ruins the fight.
I wish the UFC would introduce point penalties for fighters doing it.


Mirko Cro Cop vs. Mostapha Al-turk.
Nice to see CroCop but he fought an looked like crap. He only won due to an accidental eye poke.



This is going to be one of those few UFC events where I think the TUF finale will be better.
Diego Sanchez Vs. Clay Guida
Should be a great fight, both of these guys go all out. I've got Guida for the win. I only wish this was a 5 round in stead of only 3.

DaMarques Johnson Vs. James Wilks
Even matched, Johnson looks good but I think Wilks will win if he gets the fight to the ground.


Chris Lytle Vs. Kevin Burns
Big Lytle fan


Ross Pearson Vs. Andre Winner
Ross has been the odds favorite from the very beginning but I think he will choke.
I'm going with Andre ( thumb sucker ) Winner by submission.


Joe Stevenson Vs. Nate Diaz
Stevenson should win this easily but has a strange habit of losing fights everyone expects him to win.
Stevenson is great on the ground plus he's a powerful striker at this weight while Nate looks like an anorexic fashion model at 155 lbs. Nate needs to put on wieght an move up a division.


Always fun to see the losers on the show get to fight again
