I don't speak for MOB, but I think Panzer's message is clear. You don't even need to read between the lines. Just watch the icons on his message.

People that never learned to play or work honestly always revert to old habits when they can't make a go the honest way.
There may be attempts to change, but once a liar or a cheat, you're always a liar and a cheat.

There's many other servers out there. Why not give them a try, since you will may have a clean slate with them.
