We are gonna have a new server in the next 2 days. It will have all old maps and no mod at all. Fag thinks its the server that is lagging since it lags on the old maps as well. He will be out of town for the next 2 days so he can't change it. I need everyone to get on there and see if there is a difference in the lag even though its old maps. It will be turned into the Server #2 asap.

so sever to is going to be renewd asap.if there is less lag will it be switched over to #2 i can dig that because i cant get on his sever enymore.

Who is using for the new server and where will it be located?

I started to get a server with Ilan but decided after much thought to go with XGameservers. The server will still be located in Atlanta with these guys and they have a bunch of servers out there with real good pings. Their price was only a couple of bucks more a month than ILAN and this will give us a chance to check out 3 providers and figure out the best. I am only going to keep one server but will have some overlap months while I figure out the best one. I plan on loading the new server up exactly like the old one so I can do a comparison and see if my issues are rouge pk3 files or not. If this server is no good I will try one from ILAN next. Please bear with me during thris transition but I want to come away from this with a really great server and I have to get some answers about this whole issue of new maps causing lag. Peace

I don't see how maps could cause lag, after all the maps are local to the clients.
The only problem bad maps would cause is low FPS from excessive textures and glitches.

The #3 servers is 216.235.147.166..............Fag's mod and all the maps and FF is off.
