First of all I can't really say that I don't like it because I am a Mac user and I can't use it.

Here's what I don't like:

1. I can't concentrate when I am constently being told who is using Missionary and how to get Missionary, and that I should get Missionary, and this server supports missionary, and...

2. I liked having cheaters on the server. I know it added tons of work for everyone to be constently adding players to the ban list. But I liked finding and then turning in cheaters. I also
liked going after them and doing everything I could to kill them. I liked to watch MOB sys admins fuck with cheaters.

3. Even with missionary people are still calling people cheaters.

4. Everyone assumes that since I don't use missionary I must be a cheater. When everyone
switched over to missionary I deleted the game off my computer and reinstalled just to make sure that all my settings were default. I don't cheat. I won't cheat. Cheaters can suck me!

5. My ping rate used to be around 60 now I float around 90.

6. The game seems to lag more than usual.

Okay I have bitched enough. I love the MOB servers. And I appreciate you guys making sure that we all play as equals. I just hate change and I had to put in my 2 cents. The truth is I would rather play on MOB servers than anywhere else. So this will be the last time I have anything to say about the servers.

well said Bubba but i think after it has been anounced for a few months then it wont be up as muck...i think

it was fun being investigators and snithin on them to mob but think of all the work they had to do....even when trying to play...that must suck....

as for us Mac users it does suck not seeing our names up there...but Druid said once missionary is maditory the only way to get in will be missionary or Mac users so we'll be looking ok....

i posted a topic call Missionary...what about us Mac users...in there..there is a reply and a link that you can install called honesty for Macs.. i put it in annd its one more thing we can do to prove we dont cheat other than our scores...lol

when you spend 95% of your playing time chasing down these assholes who cheat you might have a different opinion.

as for the mac guys....we know and trust you, so dont worry about what people think.

and once enough people get the message...the console flashes will be gone. Like I said...you think that those messages are distracting try having to play police pfficer 24 hours a day to keep the servers running clean.
Take a stroll to some of the other none policed public servers and see what an unchecked group of cheats will do to it.

lmao....thats my grandma! but imma with bubba i hate missionnary it not keepin track of score properly, i was on a streak with 18 and it said i was 12 -8(its happend many times). its also harder to get into the lever...but i wanna know if we have to use missionary, rd said somethin like if the council knows ur not a cheater? i dunno

I like that I don't have to worry about cheaters on the servers but it didn't bother me either.

Now if I were one of the people keeping this going I'm sure my views would be different.

Bubba....dont take what I said the wrong way, I in no way saw your post as complaints. I just wanted to share my thoughts on the subject.

This has been a daily battle for allmost two years now, so anything that makes our job easier, even if it can be a little inconvienant, is more than welcome.

As a co-admin I welcome Missionary. It will make our jobs alot easyer. I want have to worry if someone is cheating or not. I want have to worry about kicking a clean player. Because things don't look right. We as people make mistakes. I've heard and saw enought cheating to make a person pull there hair out. All the cheating that goes on in some servers make admin's and co-admin stay on there toes. So I say like I have sayed before I wish all server's had missionary. I know there are somethings to work out I had some trouble today with Missionary. But it will be worth it in the long run.

Achtung! This is very wordy so read at your own risk! {MOB} guys and all the regulars, I also have some "issues" with Missionary; not really complaints because you guys have been my favorite server for months and how could I complain now but more just problems that I have encountered since Missionary has been set up and running. Don't get me wrong, I f'ing hate cheaters and the fags that design hacks because they've got nothing better to do but sit in a dark basment and do so (if only getting computer geeks women would solve our problems, alas... ). However the multitude of small incovienances and problems with my computer, the game, ping, performance, etc. I incurred while installing, loading, connecting, or playing through Missionary and the fact that I persistently tried to rectify problems on an hourly and/or daily (yes hourly) basis when I was playing without any apparent progress seemed to out-weigh the benefits. Numerous problems have already been responsibly dealt with by {MOB}, -^IW^-, etc., etc. but my comp just never seemed to respond well to the program. Granted I do have some graphics card conflicts and other problems that I have struggled with for over a year on my computer when playing MOHAA but Missionary seemed only to strenghen my pc's resolve to crap out when I was playing. I fully acknowledge that for those whose system run fine with Missionary, especially you admins in particular, its probably one of the best things to happen to MOHAA multi-player since EA introduced the game and then left us hanging out to dry. Just an alternate view on the whole business, don't take any of this the wrong way.
I'm taking a break from MOHAA and as soon as that new vid card comes its COD all day for me, hope to see many of the regs and {MOB} in COD Father. Really enjoyed playing with you guys and I'll stay active in the forums. B.D. Daddy what would be the best way to send you money to contribute to the servers other than a credit card? Fast, I'd do your grandmother or whoever the hell she is in a sec, lol... Help I can't breath, ahhhh... let me out!

Yeah, i agree missionary will be a good thing. Keep in mine that everyone else is getting the same amount of lag you are and a little bit of ping raises so i'll be all fair. And also if everyone uses missionary and its mandatory then no one will have a reason to accuse you. Run the program and be proud that you not a stupid cheater!

I've had several people tell me missionary caused their ping to rise or cause serious lag. I don't know what to tell people because I don't experience any problems and my computer isn't that great.
1.8ghz with a ti4200 video card

What I do know is 3 of the people who complained sent me the tlog from missionary and all 3 had a ton of unneeded crap running in the background.
One of which was an anti-virus program after the person told me he didn't have a antivirus program installed.
Another guy had the longest list of background crap I've seen so far.

Although I hate to pick on Bubba who started this thread but I think it's worth mentioning. Bubba's list of complaints included his ping was higher now because of missionary. I have a hard time understanding how missionary caused his ping to rise when he doesn't even use the program.

I would highly suggest people take a good look at what is running in the background while they play. Open up task manager, look adnd see how much stuff you have running. I'm sure a lot of you will be clueless about many of the names you see. You can look here to see what each program is for.
