Im a member of the REMF clan. Some of my clanmates and I are having a big problem with our Missionary. I checked the different forums and have come to the conclusion that this is a major problem. Most of my mates use the UK/US version. I use the Dutch version. This appears when I check my mohaa with Miss:
Game version is UK/US
Pak0.pk3 - fails
Pak1.pk3 - fails
Pak2.pk3 - fails
Pak5.pk3 - fails
This appears when I try to connect to a server:
Game version is Dutch (WTF!)
Pak0.pk3 - fails
(what about the other Paks?!?)
First of all why does Miss at first say Im using an UK/US version and and then all of a sudden say Im using the Dutch one. Im using an original Dutch version. I read on other forums that ppl with German and European versions have the same version so its not the version which is the problem. I have Missionary set to the Dutch vesion so thats not the problem either. I uninstalled and reinstalled it from scratch 3 times and that doesnt solve anything either (and yes I reinstalled the Dutch patch all 3 times). Im sure its not my game but a problem in Miss itself and please spare me the Antivirus and Firewall shit cause I tried all of those things too and nothing seems to work. I tried everything from the help guides but as usual help guides arent helpful at all! Our clanserver is going to run Missionary-only in 4 days and alot of our members cant get their friggin Miss running. I said this on a different forum before and Ill say it again: I dont want our clan to fall apart because of this misserable anti-cheat program so could some1 PLEASE help us out.
Thanks for your effort.

well, this is my opinion and i could be wrong. If you have certain programs on your pc that can be used for cheating or hacking, missionary will pick those up. Even tho you may not use them to cheat or hack. So i think thats why those paks are failing. look through your pc make sure all installed software is clean.
OK thanx for ur feedback. Just one question. How do I find those "cheatfiles"?

dont know, it all just depends on the software, i dont know what you have on your pc. Have you ever downloaded anything from cracks.st, astalavista, kazaa ect. think back, use your own judgement on what programs may store cheat files.
I only have some files I downloaded from Kazaa. But all of them are music and movie files. The only thing I can think of is a no CD crack I downloaded and am using now but I tried Missionary without the crack in it doesnt make a difference.

send this problem to blackbart@invisiblewarriors.com he will know what to do
If your using the Dutch version make sure you have it selected under
Tools/Help>>Set Version>>Dutch.
There are differences between the versions. If you don't select the correct version Missionary will think your pak files were altered.
For the the US/UK people there are several possible reasons.
1) Anti-virus running
2) Several disk utilities can cause problems.
3) Old installs and the files have become fragmentated to the point of small errors inside the files.
The quick fix for them would be to re-copy the Pak files from the CD to the Mohaa\main directory. If that doesn't work re-installing has been the fix for most.
