Why don't we select 2 captains, 1 for Team Canada, and one for the losing side, (ooppss - I mean Team USA).

The 2 captains could organize their squads, and schedule the date and time for the main event, format (TDM, capture the flag, etc), # of players etc.

Perhaps since this was brought up on the MOB forum, it might be appropriate for a MOB member to captain each team. For example, Diesel (Team Canada) & Futureman (USA).
