to all of MOB, seriously guys, whoever is console when i play or whatever, they keep telling me that i have unauthorized skins. Get real, i dont even play with the other skins that i have. I am using the skins that came with the game. I am sick of getting kicked. I used to love playing this server, but i am starting to think twice since you guys are hacking into my system. Feel free to let me know what i can do to make this all better, so you guys dont think i am a cheater, i mean seriously, look at my damn scores, they suck...........

I know there have been a few people really mad when they got kicked for skins. Becuase they were using normal custom skins and not cheat skins.
It's just a hell of a lot easier to force only stock skins than it would be to keep an updated list of all the cheat skins.

You're saying you got kicked for using stock skins?
If you did, your the 1st.
Pick a time you will be on this weekend and I'll see if it kicks you for a stock skin.

Hey druid by the way where did you get that proggy to force stock skins?
Me wants!! tongue.gif
Druid
It's a program ^IW^BlackBart is writting.
I'm helping him test it right now. It will be a final version very soon.
When it is all send you a copy.
It's all the best admin program rolled into one plus a few extra's on top.
I use to use autokick and delator. Now I just use his

It has some very cool functions on it.
Changes maps with a mouse click.
Excute config files on the server with a mouse click.
It auto runs dumpuser on people and kicks them for non-stock skins.
Drop Down menu's of all the important rcon commands. ( no more typing biggrin.gif )
Auto message to even teams if they are more uneven than you want.
Auto says what the maps the server uses.
Scan for several know cheats.
Plus everything that auto-kick does.

It's a great program. It just needs a few bugs worked out.
The moment its done I'll send you, FK and GPF a copy.

Oh yeah thats right ! you were telling me about it.....sweet I cant wait! biggrin.gif

PKU...just to clear things up a little...no one is console, or kicking you when your there...it's done automaticly by Druid's program, no one is typing that in and "targeting" anyone specific
Dont think for a second that we think your cheating...its just that Druid is trying to work out the best program to eliminate those neon and bright skins, and like he said its just easier to force people to use just stock skins right now.
dionysos
maybe its an old skin on your computer like an apparently stock skin of allied or nazi that is not recognize as an stock skin in your main folder the best thing to do is to delete all the skins blood, avatars, etc pk3 files
Epacy
No, no that is not the best thing to do.
Druid
It' all ready been taken care of.
He was using a non-stock skin.
I don't think he realized it.

I have seen this problem with a couple of other players on mob#1. I beleive that this program is looking at the custom skins that are in your main folder even if you are using only stock skins during gameplay. The players that have had this problem, went into there main folder and deleted all non stock skins and the warnings ceased.

Nope.

The program can only see what skins you are currently using while you play on the server. You can have all the skins you want in your main directory, you just can have them selected while you play on our server.
As I said the the message in the server. If you want to use a custom skin, you must email me 1st. As long as its not a cheat skin I will add it to the list of skins you can use.
