From what I recall (I was in the server at the time) it was because Anvil was on a very good rampage and you telenaded him then said "BOOM." He banned you as we do all telenaders.

I think there is a mistake being made here. Shifty I had just joined the battle and hadn't even seen Anvil, all I saw was the console message about his long rampage. The BOOM was only a joke about ending his streak. Anyways, Real I sent you a pm.

Luckily this happened within the last week so I could check the server log.
It doesn't look like he telenading Anvil.
When someone purposely telenades another player it is very obvious because it will show them switching teams right before the kill.
BlackJak joined the server, picked allied and never switched teams after that.
