i heard that on mtv not to long ago...wtf is tool? neva heard of them.... 
I haven't read the article but I hope it's another Tool joke. They've really only released one full album since 1996. I was hoping another was in the works...this would be a huge letdown. 
hopefully it was an april fools joke. Most likely.
