lol. the program i used was "photo impression 5" there are very little text. n border i had to work wit...does n e one know if you can do those tranparent one's wit this program?

Ok phat here it is for your first one its good.Next I have never worked with that program so I can't tell you anything I would suggest looking up tutorials on it .
Things you might want to try is size this one is a little big go more for the rectangle look.This can be hard some times because of the size of the picture you are using but as you get more experience you will learn.
