I can't get ventrilo to work i have a mic and everything i downloaded it and installed it but when i click on it it wants me to install it again?
help is greatly appreciated

What version of Ventrilo are you using? What do you mean by "when i click on it it wants me to install it again" ?
Are you getting any specific error message?

you must be clicking on the installation file. Look for your shortcuts in start>programs>ventrilo
