Only a few of the regs have the ability to do anything about it immediately. They will, generally, point out the problem players in our forums where Real will take the appropriate actions. Do you use Xfire? If so give us your name to add as a friend and you can contact us easier and possibly get the problem solved faster.
We at MOB like to run a clean server, so please point out any issues with players that you run across.
