step #1: Follow the RED ARROW (<-----) and click the tab.

#2: Follow the BLUE ARROW (<-----) and enter the text, in that box.

#3: Follow the GREEN ARROW (<-----) and click the tab that says, CLOSE ALL TABS.

By the way (BTW) I enclosed a screen shot incase you couldnt figure it out. (color coded and numbered as to not confuse you with my stupity.
