We basically have 4 dead servers, do we want to remodel/revive them? They are:

CODUO:

Frontline
German Front

COD2:
Aim
Mix Maps

What do you think? Change maps? Take volunteers to play/camp them for a week or two? Put in a mod that we know of? Make a mod that's totally our own custom mod?

What would YOU play? If you had your very own coduo or cod2 server, and it would be exactly like what you would want, what would that be, that you would want to play everyday for hours on end? Do you think it would attract others, or be okay to keep coming back to even if you only got maybe 6 players at a time?

Or should we take down the underpopulated servers and put all of our energy into the highly active coduo and cod2 servers?

I've got a few whacky ideas. How about a Modern Weapons BAS server for coduo? How about making one of my Modern Weapons Fly Planes BAS servers (do you know that CKI is using my weapons mod and configs that I made for my experimental modern weapons fly planes server, and it is now the #1 modern weapons server in the world?! Argh!). How about a totally modded-out cod2 server with custom maps, maybe call it Modded Weapons Custom Maps (we can't do modern weapons on cod2 cause the internal code in cod2 was never released for modding, afaik).

I dunno, anyone wanna brainstorm on this? The one thing I don't want to do is put a ton of time into a server that those who had the idea won't faithfully play or camp til it takes off, lol. Been there done that, lol.

But, it seems bad that we leave empty servers hanging out there. We all know we do it cause we have a gigantic server box and can make a bunch of servers. But to me, empty servers give the clan an empty sort of appearance, instead of the vast, vibrant community it really is.
