This is a bunch of bullshit. They're using this storm as another excuse to bump prices a little bit higher than they should be. Gas is 3.09 right now where im at. Im buying a moped.

people fail to see that the reason why we are spending so much money on gas, is not because of the cost of oil, its the fact that we have practically no refineraries open-

in canada we pay by the litre not gallon
4.55 liters in a gallon (canadian gallon- i think it is the same as usa gallon)
1.299a liter x 4.55=5.91
5.91 x 20% (exchange rate- cdn into us money)= 7.09 usd a gallon

oh and thank you

canada supplies the usa with about 10% of your daily usage of your oil/gas, we can do more if need be, i am sure we could supply both canada and the usa with more than enough gas

also the usa has a LARGE oild reserve, they will take from that first and make even more money of of you

LOL!

two things

people say "we should just drill in alaska"

well, we can use up all the available oil in alaska, does anyone know how much it will supply us with?

three months of usage

The u.s. is releasing some reserves- but its just a mental thing, as its not changing price or anything- we are the largest consumer of oil on the planet.

venezuala provides us with 30% of our oil

maybe we shouldn't have people talking of assassinating chavez.
