I cannont believe how disappointed I am in all of you for coming into our servers yesterday and disrupting the game play of other! What has anyone here done to you- absolutely nothing. If you think that this type of behaviour will be tolerated, you are absolutely wrong!! I think you owe all of us here an apology. This behaviour is childish and very disrespectful.

I will deal with the cuda kid's behavior, but if for an instance you think think will not come back to haunt you, you are absolutely wrong. If you all think coming on here and causing problems will not reflect badly on BsS...you are wrong again!

Talk about disappointment. Thanks guys for ruining the server for a bunch of people just trying to enjoy there game.

I've no clue why you need to make a big deal out about that unless it's just another way to divert what the topic was about and why we are once again here talking about the sa,me stupid stuff.

You can characterize if how ever you want but the fact still remains.
1) They were doing things they shouldn't have been doing, enough so that people on the server complained about it.
2) The ONLY reason MOB cares is because they were doing it on MOB server. If it was as you claim "No big deal". Then they could of done it on your server and if we wouldn't be talking about this now would we?
So take the lame accusation elsewhere

The rest of my original post still stands. You knew MormonMarine was playing under a spoofed name (and now we have it - straight from the Cow's mouth) on our servers. You chose to come into our forums and lie to us. You then send me a personal message in which you confirm your knowledge:

"you say MM was playing under {COW}Got Milk? and i knew about it, and thats why you want to ban me?! you should talk to ghost, churchill, and other MOB members who knew about it and THEY didn't say anything to you !"

P.S. So can someone prove that Marine was on the Barb server with Lipton and Cudakid, yesterday? In addition Hamma, quoting from a PM seems unethical to me. This arguement is not over what Marine might have done at some time. It is over whether or not he Lipton and Cudakid were on Barb and lying about the situation. You tried to make it about something that was completely unrelated on a server that Lipton doesn't even go on. Then you tried to change the arguement to what someone knew about someone else. Whoa! Straws!

I don't know the details of what happened in the barb server yesterday because I wasn't there. However, making a defence of MM as not being involved is a moot point to me because the fact is he is playing on our servers despite being banned. His guid is 680457.
Here he is playing on Barb on what the time stamp says was the 27th. He was playing with other BSS members. Well, this pisses me off. I'm also disappointed in people that I consider friends for not being more honest with me about it. I guess thats how it's going to be, though.

What are the rules that say someone should inform on someone else. Personally I like the G Gordon Liddy view. There is no form of life lower than a snitch. Well unless its someone who quotes Private Messages. But that is another arguement.

I will be on our Barb and TF server. If any MOB members want to kick my ass I'll see you there. If you need the sever info check the BASE list of the game.

This is the stat log of the incident in question.

There have been a number of mistakes over this issue. I'll try to highlight a few.

CudaMom said "yesterday." This meant Friday, September 29 on the Stock Server - map Italy.

Lipton made the mistake of thinking that the event of Saturday on the Barbarossa map. Easy to understand this mistake as his name was in the headline of Cudamom's original post, but she was referring to an incident in the Stock Server. Her mistake in thinking Lipton was involved was because of ingame talk in which MormonMarine and Cudakid greeted another by using's Lipton's name. Crazy Canuck was led to believe that Crazy Canadian was Lipton.

Lipton comes into our forums and says Marine wasn't involved. This pissed us off as we KNOW Marine was involved and we don't take kindly to the lack of respect that a banned player shows MOB by thumbing his nose at our ban and spoofing his way back onto our servers.

Next up, we have the always delightful MormanMarine who comes into our forums and lie to us, "i am banned from {MOB} servers there is no way i could have been in there."

I get pissed at Lipton because his statement indicating that MormonMarine wasn't on our server was a lie. I have since corrected this as I now understand that Lipton was referring to Barb and technically he was correct, MormonMarine was not on Saturday playing Barb with Lipton and Cudakid.

Next up, we have miked who ingraciously injects himself into these matters, having no clue as to what is truth and what is fiction. And further muddies the water with his false assertion, "Marine was not INVOLVED."

In Post #26, we have MormonMarine enter and admit that he WAS INVOLVED and that he plays under the spoofed name, {CoW}Got Milk?

To recap, the event that CudaKid has been disciplined for happened on the STOCK SERVER on Friday September 30.

I have nothing but respect for the Cuda family. Mom, Dad and Kid have been terrific additions to the MOB family. Others might learn from the lesson here, misbehave, suffer the consequence, apologize and move on.


Bottom line: we banned MM from our servers. The ban does not apply to a GUID, it applies to him. We've struggled for months upon months with his disruptive behavior. We want this behind us. We have clear, documented evidence that he was being disruptive on our servers. We have clear, documented evidence that he was on our servers. He has admitted it.
