Is it just me or does anyone else miss good ole regular Barb? Options

Not to take anything away from the MOD weapons Barb (and other maps on that server). I sure do miss regular sniper rilfes and just getting smoked by Abuse by a bolt action. So, is it just me? Ok, let me have it, i can take the abuse.

Bottom line - this server is always PACKED! It is a great server, there is no question about that. It has brought out a new breed of player though, only interested in points. Saw some players last night just going around and trying to heal people to pad their scores.

Steel will make the changes that are possible and it'll be even better than it is now - thanks in advance Steel.

You gets point for healing? LOL! Never knew. I will note one person came in and asked if they could be the "medic". Sometimes people just want to play that way, they think it is "cool". Like people who want to load up the turnip truck for a run. It is pointless and almost always fails, but people just like driving that thing sometimes. Hey, once in a while I've jumped in it and driven across the map honking the horn on a suicide run just for kicks and to see if I could do it! Made it once on a packed map, and got German 2! No, not on MW, I'd have been sniped out in 3 seconds or less!

OK, the big question is, are things like some have suggested, tweaks to tanks, or base planting, even possible and doable without much fuss? If so, maybe we start another thread about that in the next while, get some opinions, take a vote. Personally, I like the idea of "modernizing" the tanks. That'd be a nice surprise for people, and more effective tanks would dial down the camping snipers.

Also, I used to enjoy going on jeep runs, but now I can run almost as fast as a jeep. Wouldn't it be cool if we could modernize jeeps by making them go way faster?

Actually, I have lots of ideas for balancing the MW with the BASE ASSAULT gameplay. That's what is new here. These new, super strong MW is combining with vehicles and a new style play, so it is unique. It'd be fun to discuss IMO, but obviously only is Steel is interested. I don't think anyone would know how to make the changes besides her. What do you think Steel?

Anyway, as for the MW themselves, well, these are Steel's weapons, she has the right to make them however she wishes, and if she wishes to have feedback on them, I'll sure she'll let people know!
