Ban Dispute ( Bayler ) Options

On July 22nd, i was warned for using the word ( Penis ). Before having the ability to make a public appology, recieved a five minuite ban for ( Inappropriate Language ).
Dare i Ask how the word ( Penis ) is a kick / bannable offence as you have a member by the name ( Big Dick Daddy ) ???

Upon my return to the server after my 5 minuite punishment was up, I immediatly apollogized with the statment of "Im back, after washing my mouth out with soap" ... or somthing to that effect. I was Warned to "Shut Up And Play" several times...
Not Sure if this is a Banable offence either, as the in-game Type Feature is enabled on your severver which allows All members to Type while Playing. After Much searching through your Rules..i cant seem to find an area where i breached a rule violation...

Would someone be so kinda as to pull up the text logs, and point me in the correct direction of where Ive violated a rule of { MOB } ???

Would my ban have been the result for killing 3 enemies in a 7 second period and making the statment of how my "AimBot was too Accurate" ???
If this is the case, and you feel the statment was made in a serious manor, your more then welcome to check my guid for any global bans. You will notice also, that not only will my record return Clean, but that my name is associated with 8 diffrent anti cheat scripts in several games.
Obviously the comment was made as sarcasim.

I was playing at the same time you were, and I can see your point about "penis" vs. "Big Dick daddy";

If there is someone with that name, and it offends someone, they should be asked to change their name.



I have to say though, that you were pretty much -to the untrained eye, and to anyone who came on during the middle of the whole melee- being a jerk about it. I dont know you personally, so I dont know if it was just that you were mad over what happened, but you were extremely argumenative and combative about it after all was said and done, and upset more people than you realize. Arguing that your "freedom of speech" was being violated? well, like I said to you yesterday during the game, this is a game server, not a democracy.



Personally, at 42, I'm a big boy and have heard -and used- alot worse language than that in my day, but this server (so long as I've been playing on it) has requested that people refrain from 'colorful language' out of respect for underaged players and those who are offended by such things. It's a good law, and we should all follow it. if you dont like it, well there are 2,000+ other U.O servers out there to choose from.
