Ban Dispute ( Bayler ) Options

On July 22nd, i was warned for using the word ( Penis ). Before having the ability to make a public appology, recieved a five minuite ban for ( Inappropriate Language ).
Dare i Ask how the word ( Penis ) is a kick / bannable offence as you have a member by the name ( Big Dick Daddy ) ???

Upon my return to the server after my 5 minuite punishment was up, I immediatly apollogized with the statment of "Im back, after washing my mouth out with soap" ... or somthing to that effect. I was Warned to "Shut Up And Play" several times...
Not Sure if this is a Banable offence either, as the in-game Type Feature is enabled on your severver which allows All members to Type while Playing. After Much searching through your Rules..i cant seem to find an area where i breached a rule violation...

Would someone be so kinda as to pull up the text logs, and point me in the correct direction of where Ive violated a rule of { MOB } ???

Would my ban have been the result for killing 3 enemies in a 7 second period and making the statment of how my "AimBot was too Accurate" ???
If this is the case, and you feel the statment was made in a serious manor, your more then welcome to check my guid for any global bans. You will notice also, that not only will my record return Clean, but that my name is associated with 8 diffrent anti cheat scripts in several games.
Obviously the comment was made as sarcasim.

I dont believe Ive "Mentioned Your Past" or spoke like i "Knew Anyone"..not even sure how that has any place in this topic..
I Used the Word Penis One time in your server, and was kicked for 5 mins, that i get....but what i dont understand is the Ban for Typing in Game, or so you call "Spamming"...
I could get very technical about the word "Spam" as Webster seems to define it...but ill skip that part

I will agree with most of you, we all have "Options" as you guys have several Options: To Ban me from your game server, to Threaten that you will ban from the website..im sure the list goes on.
Now, so far, ive been called Names, and Threatend...i feel no need to Name Call, or Threatend..
What i WILL do as you guys like to point me in the Direction of "Options" thats what ill do, Ill use my "Options"!!!

Since Ive Been accused of:
Bringing Up your Past to gain leverage,
Stiring up "Crap",
Begging for Ban List,
and the list goes on.....

We Can All Play a Game, and since i Do really believe in Threats, ( Talk is Cheap ) You guys can look forward to running into me again in the very Near Future!
Game Rules are As Follows-
1) Those With Control Get to Dictate their own Variations of Rule Interpritations.
2) Those with Control Get to Abuse Those Under Them.
3) Those with Control get to Dictate Rules as they see fit, but are allowed to make exceptions for "Friends"
