question is not from me, its from my kid. Both of them started sunday school after church and somehow my youngest started saying God made everything. Its not a question of whether you believe that or not, i told my kid he didn't make everything. So he started arguing with me that he did. So, like the genious that i am, i said, fine, then who made you(he started singing AC/DC then,lol), he said, God, i said, no, me and mom did. Then the big question came out, HOW? i just started at him for about 30 seconds and said, you'll find out when you older, go to bed,lol. this just happend about 10 min ago, i thought it was just too funny.

When I was nine, and the "baby" of the family, my mother asked me what I would do if I had a little brother or sister. I replied that I'd kill myself. It was definately not the answer my mother wanted.
When she explained that she was pregnant I asked her how a baby would fit through her belly button. She then started explaining the differences between men and women. I remember wishing I hadn't asked.
My 4 year old still pronounces Peanuts as Penis. I laugh every single time.

Now, for the off topic.
In my experience there are many (not a majority or anything, but many) Christians that don't bother to try to understand the bible, but instead let others tell them what it means. This is a big mistake, in my oppinion.
At my old job, every weekend a Christian group gathers at an intersection. On the weekends the streets are blocked so it's all pedestrian. Anyway, one person stands on a soapbox and preaches. Generally they focus on greed, for some reason. Anyway, their method is quite well planned. They don't all stand right in front of the preacher. They scatter themselves around and place themselves where they will impede the progress of others. This not only keeps people in the preachers earshot longer, it gives the next level of members a chance to pounce with their fake $1,000,000 bill that tells you how you will burn in hell. They then ask you if you believe Jesus is the saviour, etc.
One night, on my way into work a girl stopped me and started into her evangelism. I told her I was in a hurry and had to get to work.
"Greed is a deadly sin and you will burn in hell. Stop making money more important than God!"
I had never done this before, but I decided that somebody needed to explain God's ways to her.
Trying to keep calm I told her that "God has blessed me with a job and has given me an opportunity to provide for my family. To neglect the job would be an insult to God."
I then asked her if she had a job. "No, I'm in college".
"Is the college free?"
"No, my father pays the tuition."
"And he has a job..."
"That's different."
"No, it's not different. Read the bible and pray and ask God what he means and what you should believe. Don't let other people tell you what it means. You have to do the work yourself."

I have since done this a handfull of times. I no longer work there, so it probably won't happen again. I've come to call it Devangelizing, though.
