Change Weapons Mod to CKR? Options

Dozens of times during the last year or so, we have been asked to switch to CKR or open a CKR server. A few times we have ran a second server using CKR but the server never was a success. This time we will be doing things a little different as we will switch the mod on Goodfellas versus opening another server depending on how this vote goes.

A little background history for those interested.
The original equal weapons mod was made by {MOB}F_K, which I later remade using feedback from players on our server.
The 1st Realism mod as most of you know was CKR made by CrowKing of {BaH}.
CrowKing did a great job with the mod and it was the basis of most future realism mods but it came with a small problem. In the early days of MOHAA, when you joined most servers, the teams would be unequal. This was because most of the people joining automatically picked Axis as they preferred the Axis weapons, specifically the STG44. Or if people used the Rifle most people joined Allied.
The reason behind the equal weapons mod was simple, it was an attempt to help keep the teams even. With our mod it didn't matter which team you picked as the weapons where equal.
I think the mod was a large part of our early success for 2 reasons.
It did help keep teams a little more even so the gameplay was more enjoyable.
The other reason was we offered a little something different than every other server at the time, most of which where running CKR.

The reason we are offering the option of using CKR is the need to use the equal weapins mod to help keep teams even no longer exist. Anyone still playing this game by now is fairly effective regardless of what team they pick when joining the server.

This was done a long time ago so I think 2 of the mods are no longer in use ( Aries, Xavier ) The table also includes the default stock setting so you can view the differences between Realism and Stock.
BTW my personal preference would be a mixture of CKR and the Aires mod which is the only mod I've found which used a realistic kick on the MG and SMG. With Aries, you fire more than a few round sand you would be aiming at the sky.

A little general input and a few replies.
Someone mentioned Goodfellas would lose a little of it's uniqueness if we switched to CKR. Actually I had already thought about this, at one time I considered doing a few small modifications to the maps. Nothing major just a few small minor things to change things up a bit as these maps are getting way to old after 3 years.
This is something I will be going ahead with. To give you an idea, take for example the crates on Stalingrad. Some people may not like them but the vast majority agree with me that it improves the overall gameplay on that map.
BTW the Stalingrad crates were BlackBarts idea, I'm just using it as an example.

To Himmler...
Nope I don't have the fire rate you sent me a long time ago, but if I remember they where wrong too. It's funny, there are a dozen hardcore Realism mods but everyone of them have the fire speed wrong. The reason it's funny is because fire speed is the easiest thing to set. Rounds per minute divided by 60 would be the exact fire rate setting.

i can't stand playing with a BAR that shoots that fast with 30 bullets.

Guess what??? The BAR actually fires that fast. The second version introduced in 1939 replaced the fire selection switch between semi-auto and slow. The new model used a fire selection switch between slow (300rpm) and fast (600rpm), this would be just a hair slower than the STG44. This was always one of my biggest gripes with CKR. I never understood why he used the specs from the original BAR and not M1918A2 version
