I don't really understand the skill system in the stats... I have like 36 skill with a 1.5 ratio when guys with a negative ratio have skill points in the hundreds. It just doesn't really make sense to me.

It is all quite complicated I guess, but I just look at it as how many head shots and pistol kills I can get.
