It is outrageous to claim this is the belief of "most liberals and Democrats". It is, in fact, so outrageous that I was willing to bet you couldn't name a single person who has stated that these are their beliefs. You now claim that these are the beliefs of Hillary Clinton.

I say that's bullshit.

Please provide a link to a news story or report of ANY prominent democrat or liberal that quotes them as saying anything like what you claim they believe. If you can, I will sincerely and cheerfully apologise to you. If you can't i would hope (but not expect) that you would apologise to all of us for spouting such unsubstantiated partisan crap.

I believe in honesty and rational debate. It has become FAR too common in political argument, especially U.S. political argument, for proponents of one side of an issue to massively distort the view of the other side, and then ridicule them for it. It is, as I said before, intellectually dishonest, and that really annoys me, whichever end of the political spectrum it comes from.
Such a ploy indicates that one is either too lazy or too ignorant to address the real arguments on the other side of the issue.

I confess that my posts have assumed that it was you who was using this deplorable tactic. In now realize that it is possible you are simply repeating what you have been told (it sounds like something O'Reilly or Limbaugh would say), and that you sincerely believe that this is what Hillary Clinton thinks. If this is the case, I apologise for the tone of my posts. I certainly have nothing against you personally. I hope that when you are unable to find any quote substantiating your statement, you will realize you've been lied to, will come to share some of my outrage.

For the record, I dispute even your shift from MOST to SOME. correct me if im wrong but i was reading that some states are making the released child offenders go door to door in there nieghborhood and tell them where they live and why they were in jail as part of their release.i also read the ones who have multiple arrests have to even put a sign on there vehicle. i thought it was texas but could be another?

I saw that on tv, a bumper sticker stating they're a sex offender. If the sticker is removed, they go back to prision, for parole violation. As for the door to door, haven't heard about that.

Here are a few links that popped up first in my search, I'll be able to look into it more tomorrow while I'm at work. Again, I'm bi-partisan, but I don't that Bill O'Reilly lies about this stuff. He single handidly helped John Walsh to get this bill passed this past month by asking his viewers and listeners to contact Kennedy. Kind of sticking to the topic here w/the links. I'm sure the other stuff can be found if you want to look for it, I get most of my info on the news, radio, etc. I'm not going to waste my day looking for links to post here so you can slam them. Being from the DC area, our news stations cover a lot of politics (I'm sure Flatliner could back that up) but at this point, I feel that you're just starting a fight that I dont' want to get involved in. Obviously you want me to debate this with you and post links that you can tear apart... I'm not going to play into all that. I'm going to stick with what I've heard or read and then my own beliefs and opinions. For the record, I wasn't trying to pick on Clinton or anyone... well, maybe Kennedy, but my beliefs are that many politicians are bad people. Take it for what it's worth.
