I'm sorry for the inaccurate claim that you were playing as CrazyCanadian. I had been given incorrect information as Crazy Canuck has just explained.

The rest of my original post still stands. You knew MormonMarine was playing under a spoofed name on our servers and you chose to come into our forums and lie to us. You then send me a personal message in which you confirm your knowledge:

"you say MM was playing under {COW}Got Milk? and i knew about it, and thats why you want to ban me?! you should talk to ghost, churchill, and other MOB members who knew about it and THEY didn't say anything to you !"

P.S. So can someone prove that Marine was on the Barb server with Lipton and Cudakid, yesterday? In addition Hamma, quoting from a PM seems unethical to me. This arguement is not over what Marine might have done at some time. It is over whether or not he Lipton and Cudakid were on Barb and lying about the situation. You tried to make it about something that was completely unrelated on a server that Lipton doesn't even go on. Then you tried to change the arguement to what someone knew about someone else. Whoa! If MormonMarine was playing on our servers despite the fact that we banned him, and playing with the blessing of his father, and at the same time as his father, well, that seems like clear disrespect for MOB and our rules. People are welcome to play on other servers. The fact is they prefer to play here. Well, Marine and Trooper will be banned and they can go buy new games again and soon enough we'll figure it out and make them buy new games again.

I'm sure BSS guys will think that is horrible and unfair, but those are the rules. We didn't change them to try and get Marine in trouble. He always finds a way to do that on his own.

As for the idea that we are only making complaints now because it's people in BSS, well, a lot of BSS guys complained while in MOB about people being asses in our servers and could we kick or ban. Once again just because it is now a BSS person we become the bad guys for keeping the same standards we always have.

To everyone who has chimed in on this. We ( Cuda and Cudamom ) are trying to teach our kid about respect. We just had a major exit of some players from MOB including my son to play with BSS. This has left a bad taste in some peoples mouths and extremely teed off others. I am sure the BSS tags didn't help the situation any.

I simply want him to realize that a person is responsible for their actions and are also judged by the company they keep. Right or Wrong that is the world in which we live.

I am simply teaching our son respect. It is earned and to treat people and the community property with respect. ( such as servers )

I don't know the details of what happened in the barb server yesterday because I wasn't there. However, making a defence of MM as not being involved is a moot point to me because the fact is he is playing on our servers despite being banned. His guid is 680457.
Here he is playing on Barb on what the time stamp says was the 27th. He was playing with other BSS members. Well, this pisses me off. I'm also disappointed in people that I consider friends for not being more honest with me about it. I guess thats how it's going to be, though.

Cuda, I think you have an incredible grasp on this entire situation. I hope what you can get from the cluttered mess is that when you all are not around and it's just cudakid playing with us, he is very respectful. We just wanted you all to know that what he did yesterday was not a outright attempt to be disrespectful. Your decision as a parent was def. a fair one, make sure you understand no one is calling into question your ablilities as parents. I just want to defend cudakid.

What are the rules that say someone should inform on someone else. Personally I like the G Gordon Liddy view. There is no form of life lower than a snitch. Well unless its someone who quotes Private Messages. But that is another arguement.

Marine, I'd love to leave you and Trooper out of everything. As a matter of fact, we banned. That's how much we want to leave you out. So, you get another game and play on our servers anyway. So, Rutuu, that is how he broke the rules. For Trooper it is in my mind aiding and abetting.

This is why we are upset as this is the lie. MM was on our server during the incident in question which took place on Sept. 29. Lipton came into our forums and lied about MM not being involved.
