Tuchola had a slow summer but its getting back to normal. We should leave it as is.
MWBAS Barbarossa is very successfull. We should probably not mess with it. Keep the Dragunov Barbarossa is legendary, but noone is playing it. It probably wouldn't hurt to put two more maps in the rotation. Shorten the rounds maybe. We are spread very thin. We don't have enough players to keep every server hopping. Maybe we are focusing too much on Base Assault. I think the BAS crowd is getting smaller as time goes on. |

The BAS crowd is just as strong as ever, just playing different servers. And there's nothing wrong with sharing Tuchola with other maps. Too many rounds of the same map makes Jack a dull boy (sorry Jack...nothing personal, lol). Even Barb got tired after 3 rounds. Needs a mixup.
Broadsword was a great map, just needed a lot more players to keep it interesting. Something like 10 on each side so there's some action between spawn and the bases. If the Tuchola prima donnas don't want to share their map that's fine but at least put Barb and Broadsword together. Btw, the ONLY way you're going to get more of us to play the Forest is to put it with something that the rest of us play thereby forcing us into it. I do agree with leaving the MW mod off though. I think the only map that would support MW gameplay because of it's size would be Broadsword. Be nice to make it from spawn to base in less than 10 minutes,lol. -Pain |

Barb and Tuchola are both classic maps, Broadsword KILLED my machine and i don't think i'm the only one. Classic Barb and Tuch would be a great combo in my opinion as well.

I still want to see this broadsword map. Do other servers run it? I don't play/check other servers, I'm a MOB freak! It really killed your PC Shaz! Must be a huge map!

Got only slightly better when i played at home(much faster machine at home). The few times i played with only moderate lag issues it was fun though. |

I like Broadsword and I love Barb. I really dont like Tuchola at all.

I think since the old school weapons servers are sort of dead, people should announce ahead of time that they would play, so other loyalists to the classics will know and perhaps we might get enought people to play there... at least once a week... If anyone thinks this a good ide someone should start a thread and all the notices of people willing to play will be posted...
As such I say that on saturday from 6 pm to 8pm(eastern time) I will be at barbarossa... if anybody comes I'll play, if no one comes I'll jsut patiantly do my homework... -------------------- "There are two types of people in the world, those that like me, and those that can go to hell"

Well, I think the mix of Tuchola Forest and Barb isn't working so well and I'll tell ya what my thoughts are. With 2 separate Tuchola servers, the regular forest players won't go to the mix because they don't have to. Nothing wrong with that, it's just the way it is. Kinda like if there were 2 Barb servers and one was a mix I wouldn't go to the mix either because I wouldn't enjoy the Tuchola rotation. But if there was only the mix server, it might work better as I wouldn't mind a round of forest if I didn't have to do it twice in a row, just like the forest players might not mind a round of Barb if it didn't go over and over?

Anyone's thoughts on this? -Pain Well yeah. That's what I said. There's no way it was going to work with Tuchola still going. Basically, Old Barb is dead, Tuchola on life support. But since Tuchola gets going occasionally lately, a few Barb regs might enter knowing Barb's next, and then the Tuch regs would stay on for the Barb session too because the server gets rolling. That's the hope. One busier server, and a freed up server box for any other ideas. --------------------  |

why not just run one classic weapons server Tuc,barb,an a stock like Foy an every third game change the stock map.Cause it seems like all 3 are hurting right now. I for one would play any classic weapons map aslong as there some people.I dont think there is enough people still playing the classic to fill up 3 anymore.

Us"Prima Donnas" wouldn't mind having the Barb and BS along with Tuchola Forest . All three together on one server would do the trick.
