No but honestly, having played on MOB servers and known many of the players that play in both MOB now and in TLD, or are otherwise retired, I have to agree with Hess. This is coming not from a TLD member, but from a long-time regular of MOB servers who hasnt even played the game in months. Think about all the great players who don't even play anymore or have moved on -- Oppression, Cobra, Clan, Mayhem, Ateurnus, Lt. Stone (that mother fucker could camp like no other!), Maximum V, Busta, Shadow, and so on. But now I guess with the recent additions of old RSHA and RE, MOB has got the talent again.

Epacy was the best Mob member that I ever played against. Take it for what its worth. I have played with and against Mob for as long or longer then anyone other then Realdeal, Druid and Cypher. Cypher was always really good, but didnt compete in matches much, so it is hard to compare him. Epacy always had the highest scores in matches and always had the highest scores in regular server play.

I have the highest score in 20 minutes of play in a open server and the highest kill streak going with missionary....match wise I dont compete against my peers like they dont compete either against eachother

AOBTC like I said you may have your choice of better players thats fine...I dont even need to be on a list but look at the facts> I have had the highest score in MOH in 20 minutes on a map like I stated still have ss. I also have the longest kill streak going...Also Epacy may have had the best in matches but thats kool..kudos to him..Respect my elders . Alot of old {MOB} were good but what was pointed out by Ashe, Epacy being the greatest {MOB}...he said the "greatest" to play in open servers, also of all the great {MOB} players Epacy is the only one that accused me of hacking with missionary running when I 1st came around...

Not what I said Real, MOB was still extremely talented. And your wins show that. And kudos to you guys, because you won those matches mainly with new members, i.e. Diesel, Shifty, Nate, and Anvil. However, I still believe the players you immediately replaced those who left during the split with were not of the same caliber. They have grown into great players while here but no, they were not the same. I was asked to join and I declined, and I have never been as good as any of those who left. The addition of players like Diesel, Shifty, and Anvil certainly has gone a long way to making up that talent. Now with the addition of RE and RSHA, you guys are right there in talent. But to me, old MOB isnt just the people who left during the split, it also includes all those that don't play anymore, or have left to do their own thing, like Pr. Shadow. That is talent that I have never seen the likes of in one clan save for a select few like COM. Take it as you wish...

I agree with you there Diesel..Teamwork & right player mix makes everyone better.

As far a Epacy goes.I only played in one match against him, I believe his score was in the single digits for kills and double digits in deaths..It use to be on the photos page but you can not view the match SS anymore..I think we put all you guys in the negative that first match(First half only)..RD WTF man..LOL..

BTW:I am not picking on Epacy, but just stating a Fact...

I am the best mohaa player.

It really doesnt matter cause HitlersAssassin from DMG is the best Mohaa player I have ever seen anyway. If anyone wants to argue it, I can provide screenshots of him in matches against Diesel, or any of the other best mentioned. His ratios are always at least a positive 2 and his opponents are lucky to break even. His talents are not just limited to the MG like most of the aforementioned, but he is the best sniper I have ever seen as well.

Anyone ever hear of any of these mohaa clans? LnL, r@t? They all have been out of mohaa for a long time, but within their time...they were some of the best ive ever seen. TWL clans. I dont think epacy was the best. He cries about everything. "hacker" "go get missionary"....if you really are that good then these people shouldnt even be a threat.

I'll say one thing about DEUCE, he will always hit you with that sniper 99 percent of the time either killing you or taking your ass down in health.Even close range against Good MG players..Fucking pisses me off to no end..LOL..

But like I mentioned it takes 5 other guys to set up the situation and to be in the right place at the right time.

I think we should list all the Mohaa players ever, assign them prices, and have a Fantasy MOHAA tourney...

My god this is a pointless arguement! How long has MOHAA been around? During all that time there has probably been some incredible players that you guys don't even know about. However, out of the guys you are talking about many players have had their ups and downs. When I first got to know Diesel, he got highly insulted that in my short mohaa time the best players I had played with and spec-ed were Cobra and Diesel. It wasn't an insult, just my point of view. Since then I have to say that Diesel is one of the top players I've ever seen. But there are many more. When Stockguy was playing constantly on GF he was insane! Nate went from a regular player on GF to being awesome. BLK comes from out of nowhere (and correct me if I am wrong) never was in a clan before and fucking rocks. The problem is I didn't see other guys playing. And you guys weren't on GF watching them play every day. You can't compare match play to individual play (with what little experience I have) because of plans and what not. Your plans call for you to cover a position that you dominate, well, the other team will figure it out and not go that way. So let's just fantasize for a moment that I am in the realm of the elite. If I'm covering an area and dominating, how many times are the gonna force the issue before going different ways.
I don't know. I've always been a noob at mohaa. But the object of this entire thread is insulting to all the great players out there. There is no all star game for mohaa. Times have changed and the guys that were good in the beginning may not have dominated at the end as everyone else became better at the game.
Get over it. You are all obviously the guys that loved the game the most, since most were here at the start and are still here. You can't compare the past to the present, and when you are all gone I will be the best mohaa player ever since there will be nobody left to tell me different.

Going to throw my 2 cents in for what it's worth. There are many great players in Mohaa, hard to say who is "The Best". Everyone will have a different opinion. My opinion....

The best player I have played against (on a regular basis) was <RE>Sphinx008.

Diesel was the first player we recruited after the split. The amount of effort Diesel put's into this clan to this date amazes even me. I have never seen anything like it. Diesel is a huge part of MOB's success after the split. There are not many if any, clans that could have survived a split of the nature that we endured, yet here we are one year later bigger, better and stronger than ever.

Diesel is as much, even more, a part of this clan than any of his predecessors.

Respect is a 2-way street.

Something I always take into consideration is the spots on certain maps that could be named things like destroyed house or west wall or whatever. But we name them after players, not just because that was their spot in matches, but because once they got there, you died 10x trying to get them out. Actually, for once, I think I agree with Opeth in saying that Oppression was the best all around player I ever played against. Once he got in that rubble by the barn on DV, it was lights out. Cobra ranks right up there, as does Hitler, and actually I think Pappy was very good too.
To talk about snipers here though is pointless because the majority of great snipers that played or still play this game are obj. players in my opinion. Guys that play for MoA (Bunkerking anyone?), rotp, Joker (Amos Ray is fucking crazy), TUS (Gunster and Woobie will snipe your balls off), and the like are sick with sniper rifles, although Deuce can be a real pain in the ass to get out of the rubble on DV.

I agree 100% that the best snipers are OBJ players. Gunster from TUS is the best sniper IMO.

i agree that there is really no best, there are alot of really good players, epacy, deuce cobra, diesel god cannot even recount how many people are good. but its not on his or her ability really. its on how well their machine is made and their connecton then last is their ability. i would be a much better player if i had a better mac or pc.
on the note of the split which is my main point, there were 2 types of people that were in mob. each side went a diffrent way. people that thought that they would have an impact on the split seen how much of an impact it really had. the real tld was a group of great players. mob took the split well, came out smelling like roses....gee wasnt that for the 2nd time?

Well the Original, original members were Clankilla, JewKilla and BitchKilla. Just a group of friends messing around with no intention of being in a clan.

Then they let me into their "gang" and the rest is pretty much history. After me came Druid, Casino, Big Dick, Ktulu, Cypher... and so on.

We all used to play on a server called Shred Co.

I started my multiplaying experience on a server called I Love Lucy.

Ouch, Real doesn't even put me in there. I guess that's not too surprising, lol.

Whats really scary is that i've been here for over a year (and other regs too) and the epacy story is always hinted at, but never told. Even the old MOB/TLD guys havent let onto the story... I'm guessing it must be either really obscene or really lame. LOL
